The Esteé Lauder Emerging Leaders fund encourages younger generations to believe in themselves. In seeing a diverse group of leaders in action, a new generation is redefined by a new era of leaders. The commercial's message is one of change, hope, and prosperity. My role in this global campaign spot was to conceptualize, write, and storyboard with the team for our main film and explainer film. We also collaborated to develop campaign design direction for the launch of this new fund and to create social UGC concepts.
